Tickets & Booking information:
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes you can, but only if the show isn't sold out online.
If we have any ticket left you will be able to purchase them at the box office next to the venue on level 2.
I can't find my ticket, what do I do?
Log into your Moshtix account, click ‘Manage Tickets’ and then click on 'Resend'.
Here you will be able to email a new copy of the ticket to the same, or even a new email address.
Make sure to check your junk/spam folders.
Do you accept Cash?
We sure do, we love to accept all your money!
Can I get a refund?
We understand things change, but unfortunately we don't offer refunds on show tickets.
Accessibility & ages limits:
Is the Toff Accessible?
Yes, There is an elevator and we are fully wheelchair accessible. The Toff is located on level 2 of the Curtin House.
Please contact The Toff HERE to confirm lift is working.
Parking, public transport, drop off points?

Trains: Parliament Station, Flinders St Station or Melbourne Central.
Trams: lines 109, 5, 6, 67, & 72.
If you're arriving by car you will need to get out on a side street (Lonsdale St or Little Bourke) as vehicles aren't allowed on Swanston st.
There are many parking garages around Melbourne CBD, however make sure you check the closing time as they will lock you in!
Bathrooms: The accessible bathroom is located in the venue to the right of the stage
Lighting: We do not allow strobe lighting at our festival.
We will be using moving lights, colour lights, smoke machines and spotlights.
Sound: This festival will include loud music. The Late Night Grind... House has a live band playing the entire show.
Ear plugs & masks will be available at the door if needed.
Can I come to the show if I am under 18?
Unfortunately the answer is no. This is strictly an 18+ event.
Show Information:
How early should we arrive?
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to the show, as we will be starting right on time!
This is enough time for you to grab a drink, find your seat and get comfy.
Our GA seating is first come first sat, so the earlier you arrive the more there is to choose from.
How long do shows run?
All run times are listed on our website, on our social media and on your ticket.
Each show has a slightly different run time, so please make sure you check all information before the show.
The Sip Club: 7.30pm - 9pm | Doors at 7pm
The Late Night Grind... House: 10pm - 11.30pm | Doors at 9.30pm
The Competition: 7.30pm - 10pm | Doors at 7pm
The After Party: 11pm - Late
Is there a dress code?
Yes! Each show has its own dress code/ theme.
No you don't have to follow the themes exactly, they are just a fun add on!
You do need to follow a general dress code however - This is a formal event, so think formal attire.
No jeans, flip flops, tshirts, or general casual wear.
Can I bring food into the venue?
You can order food next door at 'The Toff Carriage Side' and have it brought into the venue!
Alternatively you can arrive early and head downstairs to Cookie for incredible food and drinks pre show.
What will happen if I act inappropriately?
You will be asked to leave immediately and banned from future events.
We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour.
