Information: Unleash the strength and prowess of your inner sexwitch and infuse your burlesque routines with seductive containment, intentional energy, and undeniable power.

If you love the intoxicating presence and strong, sassy command of certain performers but aren’t sure how to awaken that force in your own body, this workshop is for you.

We’ll explore how to move energy with and without traveling through space, discovering how stillness can be just as powerful as motion, and how to harness so much presence that you can project it to the back of an auditorium (and have them feeling you like they’re in the front row). We’ll infuse the energy into commanding walks, striking poses, sharp hits, seamless transitions, varied levels, and even a bit of floorwork- creatingi a smoldering combination to elevate your burlesque choreography.

This is about containment and expansion, flow and control, heat and projection. It is about learning not just to hold an audience, but to reach every corner of the room.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing you feel sexy in.  Can be barefoot (or in heels for choreo section)

What to bring: Water bottle & notebook.
